Boy Scout Troop 28

Welcome to Our Troop

For over 85 years, Troop 28 has built a strong "Scout-Run Troop" that provides a safe, supportive and participatory environment that enables scouts with learning new skills, personal growth, and leadership development, as well as, instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

From camping, canoeing, hiking, survival and much more, Troop 28 helps scouts grow into young adults who are ready for leadership roles for the rest of their life.

All kids between 11-17 from any town and school are welcome to Join Troop 28

Weekly meetings are held Mondays at 7pm at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, which is located at 300 Shunpike Road, Chatham NJ (next to Cougar Field). We also camp monthly!
